What happens to the data on the machines?
Drives are removed and physically destroyed before recycling. If you need a certificate naming the serial numbers, say so when you book and we will prepare one.
Do you buy non-working equipment?
Yes. Broken laptops, dead phones and failed servers are all worth something for their boards and metal, and we quote on the unit as it stands.
