Most of what we collect is small. An old split AC that stopped cooling, a few kilos of copper wire left over from a rewiring job, a fridge that finally gave up. The rest is offices, factories and IT parks clearing out a floor or a warehouse. Both get the same treatment, because the things that go wrong in this trade go wrong at every size.
A seller loses money in three ways. A mixed load gets quoted as one blended figure instead of each metal at its own rate. The scale at the yard reads differently from the scale that was at the house. And a number agreed on the phone quietly changes by the time the truck is loaded. We built the process around removing all three.
Concretely, that means we sort on site, weigh on a certified digital scale while you watch, hand you the ticket, and pay before we load. No minimum quantity, no transport charge, and no deduction you did not agree to. If you book early, we collect the same day.
The rate we quote on the phone is the rate we pay on the day.
That is the whole promise, and it is a small one. It is also the one people actually care about, because it is the one that usually gets broken.

The city we work in.
Hyderabad grew up around the Musi River more than four centuries ago, first under the Qutb Shahi kings and later under the Nizams. The Charminar still marks where the old city began. These days the city runs on IT parks and pharma plants as much as on its old bazaars, and the two sides sit right next to each other more often than you would expect.
That matters for a scrap buyer, because the scrap changes with the neighbourhood. Old City lanes give up copper wiring, brass fittings and shop fittings that have been repaired many times over. The tech corridors near Gachibowli give up racks, servers, laptops and office furniture, usually all at once when a company moves floors. A household in Kukatpally gives up an AC and a fridge.
We have been collecting on both sides of that line since 2010, which is why the pickup vehicle that turns up usually already knows the building, the lift and the loading bay.

Weighed where you can see it
A certified digital scale at your location, the reading in front of you, and a ticket you keep. There is no re-weighing at the yard after the fact.
Paid before we load
Cash, UPI or bank transfer, settled on the spot. For bulk loads we raise a GST invoice and pay by NEFT the same day.
Sorted, not blended
Copper, brass and aluminium each carry their own rate. Paying a copper coil at iron weight is the most common way a seller loses money, and it is the thing we are most careful about.
Nothing goes to a landfill
Regulated streams are separated and routed to government-authorised facilities with the documentation to match. No open burning, and no landfill route for what we collect.
