Office clearance is the speciality
Companies relocating or refitting usually have a floor of furniture and a deadline. We work to your handover date, including evenings and weekends, and clear the floor in one pass.
Dismantling is included
Workstations, partitions and racking come apart before they move. That is part of the job, not an extra charge, and it means nothing has to be forced through a doorway.
Steel is what carries the value
Almirahs, racks, filing cabinets and lockers are bought on weight. Wooden pieces are taken as part of a clearance rather than priced on their own, which we will say up front.
Cleared means empty
We take the lot, including the pieces nobody wants. You get an empty room rather than a pile of the awkward items left behind.

Do you charge for dismantling or transport?
No. Labour, tools and transport are part of the service. The figure we quote is what you are paid, and nothing is deducted at the end.
Can you clear an office over a weekend?
Yes, and it is often the only workable option. Tell us the handover date and we will schedule around it.
Do you buy wooden furniture on its own?
We will take it as part of a clearance, but a single wooden table has little scrap value. Steel and metal pieces are what we can pay properly for.
